Covered/Outdoor Stages

We stock a wide range of covered structures all of which are bespoke to us. All of our outdoor structures are designed to fit our Layher 2072mm Grid. By Designing our structures to fit the grid you can be sure that you will get the best in aesthetics and weight loading. All outdoor structures are designed to be Fully weatherproof. These outdoor structures are all built to be modular meaning we can select the best depth and trim height for your event. We have add ons such as cow sheds and covered loading areas to give you that extra turnaround space.

Alongside our covered outdoor structures we offer a range of other structures suitable for Festivals and events. Again working around the 2072mm Layher Grid. We have “Off the shelf” Products such as Pa Masts. Video towers. Banner Bridges. Branding towers. Fire & security watch towers right through to bespoke structures tailored specifically to your event needs.

From hire of Chain hoists right through to mother grids above our Stages or in arenas we can accommodate your needs. We have rigging available to dry hire or Full design and fit.

We have developed a number of access solutions be it a public access viewing ramp through to staircases over castle walls. All of our access solutions are modular allowing us to create the right solution to your access and egress on site. We have developed specialist ramp systems for production load ins to be sure that even in muddy conditions are ramps are safe and compliant.

ground levelling

The Staged 2000 series decking is designed to be fast and easy to set up in all environments. Initially designed for large scale rock and roll touring it can with stand high loads ticking all boxes regarding H&S. The Anti slip phenolic finish provides a completely level finish. Utilising the Layher 2072mm Grid this system can be built virtually anywhere. Check out the gallery where you will see Images of our system built in a lake with a 46M + Ramp navigating Sculptures and Fences to Land on a loading dock by the production entrance.

At Staged we believe on of the key ingredients to work is getting the infrastructure correct. Therefore as we have grown and developed we have been keen to ensure we have suitable manufacturing facilities allowing us super fast turnaround and easy management of bespoke projects as it is under our roof. In house we have a full set design and woodwork facility to include CNC machining. A metal fabrication facility to include tig and mig welding alongside CNC milling and machining. This encompasses a full production line set up ready to manufacture our Staged 2000 series decking system.
